The following post was initially intended as an addendum for the article:

Antartica: Secrets of the Lost Continent of Atlantis.

Yet it quickly became apparent that the research warranted an investigation in its own right. Particularly with the constant reader in mind who may have read the aforementioned article, thinking there was little reason to revisit.

Therefore, apologies are extended to the new reader for the abrupt beginning to an article originally planned as an addendum.

Atlantis is reputed to have been a circle no less – a series of concentric circles.

Just like Earth would be if it was flat and encompassed by an outer wall encircling the world. Of course the thought arises, what if the antediluvian Earth comprised not just one continent Pangaea as previously investigated (refer Chapter XXII Alpha & Omega), but that it was actually Atlantis?

Comprising the whole civilisation of the Earth and it was this society which sunk in the Flood, only to resurface in the post-flood age. Later splitting into the continents we are accustomed to today – Chapter XXII Alpha & Omega; and article: The Younger Dryas Stadial: Ending of the Earth… Beginning of the World.

Well, let’s leave that thought here for now as a potential rewrite of the entire article on Antartica and Atlantis will have to wait for another day.

This writer as a great number of people has been guilty in not giving the Flat Earth Theory a fairer hearing, or in researching the subject fully to a clear conclusion. Much like this writer’s surprise in learning the truth about nuclear weapons – Article: Nuclear Nefariousness.

What persuaded this writer to give the subject further consideration were two things.

First, the very real passion displayed by those who in the face of great derision (see following quote), maintain a vehement (and sometimes needed humorous) advocacy for a flat Earth and second; the shocking realisation how the Old Testament reveals unbelievably, just such a thing… a flat Earth.

Before studying the scriptural evidence it is worth noting that testimony from people from all branches of the armed forces including crucially pilots and engineers have all said the same thing. Their stories reveal that there’s something wrong.

The following quotes (capitalisation theirs) were on the same thread regarding the Flat Earth Theory. They couldn’t be more different or diametrically opposed to one another and yet this seems to be par for the course. One or the other stance are held by people with not much middle ground.

Noah B Wilson:

“Normally I see something stupid on the internet and go “… that’s stupid. Moving on.” But this… I had to step back and go “What in the actual fuck?” How stupid can people be? How simply moronic and mind-bogglingly idiotic can someone get? How badly does someone need medication? For anyone… ANYONE to think the Earth is flat… they clearly have to have a screw loose. The levels of paranoia have to be so high that they probably sleep under tin-foil bedsheets.”

Vince Dees:

“I have to agree the vitriol exhibited by most of the commentators here only arouses my suspicions. I have taught college philosophy for 22 years and I was always put off by the smugness of first year students. They believed that they had ALL OF THE ANSWERS at the age of 18. Their close-mindedness was their undoing. We live in an era THAT GENERATES SUSPICION. I am not committed to Flat Earth Theory but I do find it vastly interesting and somehow desirable. KEEP AN OPEN MIND and go where the truth takes you.”

Here is one side thinking how could a person be so incredibly obtuse and gullible? Whereas the other side is thinking why can’t people accept the evidence they consider is clearly before them. Never the twain should meet on this subject if there ever was one and never has there been such a divide on a matter as that of a round Earth versus a flat one. Even someone close to this writer who thinks alike on most issues, was very quick to dismiss the subject of a flat Earth in having real merit.

Now, what does the Bible really say on the shape of the place we call both Earth and home.

In Matthew chapter four, the Adversary tempts Jesus three times in seeking to trip up the Messiah, destroying his credentials as the sacrificial Lamb for the world. In the third attempt Christ is taken to a very high point and shown all the kingdoms of the Earth.

Matthew 4:8-9
New King James Version

‘… the devil took Him up on an exceedingly [G3029 – lian: (beyond measure) great, chiefest] high [G5308 – hupselos: lofty, exalted (on high), esteemed] mountain [G3735 – oros: hill (to rise or rear)], and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”

While it is possible that Satan literally took Jesus (by UFO – Psalm 68:17; Ezekiel 1:4-21) to a very high point (greater than a physical mountain), above the world in outer space perhaps observing from the North Pole Star (refer article: The Pyramid Perplexity), it is more plausible it was performed through a vision considering Christ had been fasting for forty days and was weak from hunger – Matthew 4:2.

To see all the kingdoms of the world would indicate it was far higher than a physical mountain. As Satan is described as formerly having a place on the holy mountain of God – Ezekiel 28:14,16.

And so, for one to see all the peoples in the world it would necessitate a flat Earth rather than an orb, where the southern hemisphere – South America, Africa and South East Asia – would not be visible.

While we are taught that the Earth spins at one thousand miles per hour and takes three hundred and sixty-five days to complete an orbit around the Sun; it is (in the very least) the first ‘fact’ which is blatantly untrue; according to the author of Psalm chapter one hundred and four – King David.

Psalm 104:5

‘He set [H3245 – yacad: laid, fix, establish, found] the earth on its foundations [H4349 – makown: fixed (in place), established, settled], so that it should never be moved [H4131 – mowt].’

The Hebrew word for moved means: ‘totter, shake, slip, overthrow, dislodge, let fall, drop’.

Strongs: ‘… to waver; by implication, to slip, shake, fall: – be carried, cast, be out of course, be fallen in decay… fall(-ing down), be (re-) moved… slide…’

While it could be argued that this verse means a ball-like Earth would adhere to its orbit around the Sun and not drift off course based on the Hebrew word mowt; the Hebrew word makown does not lend itself so easily to this interpretation. A spinning, wobbling Earth is neither fixed in place or settled.

If the Earth has foundations, does that mean there is anything underneath them?

Paul seemed to think so.

Philippians 2:10

‘… so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth [G2709 – katachthonios: subterranean]…’

The meaning of the Greek infers under the Earth is ‘infernal (belonging to the world of departed spirits).’

This is the same place where the sinning Watcher angels were placed (Jude 6, 2 Peter 2:4, Revelation 9:1, 11) – refer article: Heaven & Hell.

The idea of a fixed Earth is first mentioned in Chronicles.

‘… tremble before him, all the earth; yes, the world is established [H3559 – kuwn: firm, stable, fixed, secure, enduring, determined, settled, fastened]; it shall never be moved.’

The thought comes to mind, why would the Earth need to be settled in one place fit for habitation? Why would the Earth not move (spin)?

The answer is in the Book of Genesis.

Genesis 1:7-10
English Standard Version

‘… God made the expanse and separated the waters… under the expanse [H7549 – Raqiya: firmament, extended surface (solid)] from the waters that were above the expanse… And God called the expanse Heaven [sky, atmosphere]…

And God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”… God called the dry land Earth, and the waters that were gathered together he called Seas…’

The Hebrew word raqiya according to Strong’s means:

an ‘expanse (flat as base, support)’; a ‘firmament (of vault of heaven supporting waters above)’ and ‘considered by Hebrews as solid and supporting ‘waters’ above.’

The word vault is interesting for it can mean:

‘an arched structure, forming a ceiling or roof over a… wholly or partially enclosed construction… something likened to an arched roof… the vault of heaven.’

This sounds remarkably like a dome.

The Book of Job adds intriguing detail.

Job 37:18
King James Version

‘Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong [H2389 – chazaq: mighty, powerful, firm, hard], and as a molten [H3332 – yatsaq: to pour, to cast, to flow, melt, grow hard] looking glass [H7209 – rei: mirror]?’

The same verse in other translations is rather revealing.

YLT: ‘Thou hast made an expanse with Him For the clouds – strong as a hard mirror!

MSG: So how could you even dream of making a dent in that hot-tin-roof sky?

The expanse of the sky and atmosphere – the firmament – is ‘hard’, ‘strong’ and ‘firm’.

Why would the roof over our heads require being hard and firm?

(While at the same time functioning as a two-way mirror… a mirror that is reflective from one side and transparent from the other. ‘The perception of one-way transmission is easily achievable when one side of the mirror is brightly lit and the other side is dark. This allows viewing from the darkened side but not vice versa.’)

The obvious answer is because our atmosphere is enclosed and not open ended (or never ending) as assumed. If this is the case, then a dome by virtue of its shape naturally sits on a circular base. In this instance then, this would indicate a circular Earth which according to the laws of physics would need to be flat.

Therefore in the passage recorded in Genesis chapter one, the word firmament or expanse could be substituted by the word dome. Thus a dome separates the waters above from the waters below.

American Flat Earth Society President, John Davis:

“From what I understand from your book The Sky Is The Limit, you lean in from the religious side of things and much of your paradigm speaks to this including a dome – much like Samuel Shenton’s.

Could you speak a little [about] your model and the role of the conspiracy within it?”

Mark Sargent – emphasis mine:

“… I do think it’s a dome. I don’t necessarily follow the religious side just to say its a dome, but it doesn’t hurt that all religions – the big five religions – talk about that [it’s] an enclosed system.

Which is why I didn’t call my main website Flat Earth Clues, or FlatEarth.com – I called it enclosed world.com.

Wernher Von Braun, when he died his headstone – which was very modest considering he was the father of NASA and the rocket… unless you count Jack Parsons, had the year of his birth, the year of his death, and then Psalms 19:1 and I had to look that up… and it says ‘and the firmament shows his handy work.’

Why would the father of NASA be talking about an enclosed system with a dome over it. I think that’s very very interesting.

Of course you’d want an enclosed system, because you are going to want to use the dome to fake the stars and planets and everything that’s up there – no different from a planetarium.

You want to know what the model looks like? Go to your average planetarium in any major city. Look outside, go inside, and look at what you are looking at inside – they are very very similar. That’s the argument that I put forward to people. I go, okay. You’re in a planetarium and you see Mars and Jupiter, and all… [the planets and stars], then you walk outside the planetarium – How do you not know you are just not inside a bigger planetarium?

How do you know?

All the globalists come to the same – “Well NASA told us.” Really? The American Space program? the ones that said they went to the moon and then no one else went to the moon after that? Those guys? The Americans would never lie about anything.”

This raises an interesting question – aside from whether the Moon landings actually occurred or not – is whether the Moon is inside or outside the dome. If outside, then men landing on the Moon most certainly did not happen.

This photo snapped by Buzz Aldrin reminds of those puzzle pictures where you have two side by side and a person has to find the errors in one of them that don’t match the original and circle them. The uneasy amalgamation of the Earth, the American flag, the Moon and Armstrong himself, all look comically, hastily and amateurishly framed together.

If we are living under a great dome, then the fear of the ‘sky falling on our heads’ could be a valid one; as made famous by the village chief Vitalstatistix (in the comic series Asterix the Gaul) who repeatedly declares that his only fear is that the sky may fall on their heads tomorrow – “but not today.”

The concept of a captivating dome (of imprisonment) – albeit over the town of Chester’s Mill in Maine – was brought to life by writer Stephen King in the 2009 novel, Under the Dome.

The year 2009 is coincidentally an important year in the history of the Flat Earth Society which was officially relaunched the same year.

A pivotal distinction on the shape of the Earth is made by the prophet Isaiah.

Isaiah 40:22

‘It is he who sits above the circle [H2329 – Chuwg: circuit, compass, vault (of the heavens)] of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in…’

This is a game changing verse for all those who teach the Earth is round like a ball, sphere, orb or globe.

The Creator sits above the Earth which is round like a circle, though not round as in a ball.

The Hebrew word for something which is three dimensionally round and not merely a two dimensional flat circle is used in the verse below, also recorded in the Book of Isaiah. Therefore, Isaiah understood the difference between the two words and what each one means.

‘… and whirl you around and around, and throw you like a ball [H1754 – duwr] into a wide land…’

Though the Hebrew word duwr can mean a ‘pile’ or a ‘circle’ it is translated in the King James Version of the bible once as ‘burn’ (Ezekiel 24:5); once as ‘round about’ (Isaiah 29:3); and once as ‘ball’ (as above).

John Davis – emphasis mine:

‘Let us remove an obvious point of confusion and simply state that we talk about flat in a broad manner – we are not discussing mountains or valleys here. In similar fashion, we are not making the ludicrous claim that the Earth is two dimensional.

What we do say is that it can be transversed via a straight line through space. We would also like to say that all such traversals are straight or can be seen as straight. It can be said to satisfy this if it can be shown to be parallel to another straight line in space along all such traversals.

The effect of viewing the earth and it appearing round is known as the Ferrari Effect, based off of former Canadian Flat Earth Society President Leo Ferrari who first predicted this. While not a true flatist, he was a free-thinker and his unique way of thinking helped us realize this.

Any honest judge will begrudgingly have to admit that… the flat earth theory directly follows from our laws of motion and coherence with relativity. Even worse is the realization that we would have been lead to relativity sooner if not for our strict faith-like belief in a round earth.’

Constant readers will recall the underlying circular theme throughout ancient history in a number of our investigations; from small artefacts to planets and stars – Article: Monoliths of the Nephilim.

We noted the circle similarity of Atlantis with Hyperborea and in turn with Stonehenge and crop circles – Chapter XXII Alpha & Omega; and article: Stonehenge.

The depictions of Atlantis are uncannily mirrored by the original layout for Stonehenge. As are the illustrations of Atlantis which remind of depictions of a flat Earth.

Added to this is the coincidence of alleged UFOs usually being saucer shaped and often comprising a domed cockpit above a circular disc.

Thus the link between Atlantis actually being a system – bigger than a city-state or even an island-continent – which encompassed the whole Earth (Pangaea) and sinking in the flood cataclysm is not so unbelievable when we consider the following fascinating verses recorded in the Book 0f Job.

Job 38:13-14
English Standard Version

‘… that it might take hold of the skirts [H3671 – kanaph: wing, extremity, edge, border, corner, end] of the earth, and the wicked be shaken out of it?

It is changed [H2015 – haphak: turn, overthrow, overturn, upturn, transform, convert], like clay [cement, mortar] under the seal [H2326 – chowtham: seal, signet, signature ring], and its features stand out like a garment.’

Verse thirteen is translated more clearly in a number of alternative translations.

1599 GB: ‘That it might take hold of the corners of the earth…’

ASV: ‘That it might take hold of the ends of the earth…’

NCV: ‘… in order to take hold of the earth by its edges…’

These definitions are difficult to align with a round Earth with no corners, ends or edges. Whereas a circular Earth may not have definable corners per se; it does have an end (circumference) and certainly possesses edges. Think of a pizza, one with a thick crust.


Verse fourteen in different translations.

ISV: ‘Like clay is molded by a signet ring.’


The Voice: ‘Under dawn’s early light the earth takes shape as does clay when a seal is firmly pressed in it…’

To appreciate the context of Job chapter thirty-eight, the Eternal is speaking with his servant Job following the vicissitudes which had befallen him, so he could see self-righteousness in himself and acknowledge the power of the Creator appreciably more – Article: Job.

The Eternal is describing the Earth. One would like to think He knows His own creation. Otherwise, it’s time for every believer to put down their Bibles, pack up their belongings and escape out of Dodge.

Therefore… if we are to accept the words written before us, the Eternal is describing the Earth in looking like a signet. A signet being a small seal, invariably in the form of a ring used to authenticate documents by leaving an impression in sealing wax. This technique has been used for thousands of years to mark possessions and sign contracts.

This particular conversation involving the Eternal and Job took place in 1586 BCE when Job was seventy years old. Thus at this point in the ancient world, even the Eternal was cognisant of a clay seal and its appropriate use as a metaphor for the shape of the Earth.

Go figure.

Flat Earth Society:

As seen in the diagrams… the Earth is in the form of a disk with the North Pole in the center and Antarctica as a wall surrounding the known continents. This is the generally accepted model among members of the society. In this model, circumnavigation is performed by moving in a great circle around the North Pole.’

Wilbur Glenn Voliva’s Flat Earth map, Modern Mechanics and Invention, October 1931

‘The Earth is surrounded on all sides by an ice wall [150 feet high (46 m)] that holds the oceans back. This ice wall is what explorers have named Antarctica. Beyond the ice wall is a topic of great interest to the Flat Earth Society. To our knowledge, no one has been very far past the ice wall and returned to tell of their journey. What we do know is that it encircles the earth and serves to hold in our oceans and helps protect us from whatever lies beyond.’

Note, in this model, the Sun and Moon are each 32 miles (51 km) in diameter.

Wilbur Voliva (1870-1942) gained nationwide notoriety in the United States by his vigorous advocacy of the Flat Earth doctrine; where he offered a widely publicised $5,000 challenge for anyone to disprove the flat Earth theory. In 1923 Voliva became the first evangelical preacher in the world to own his own radio station, WCBD. Voliva spent his later life focusing on destroying the trinity of evils: modern astronomy, evolution and higher criticism.

Wilbur Voliva:

‘The idea of a sun millions of miles in diameter and 91,000,000 miles [146,000,000 km] away is silly. The sun is only 32 miles across and not more than 3,000 miles [4,800 km] from the earth. It stands to reason it must be so. God made the sun to light the earth, and therefore must have placed it close to the task it was designed to do. What would you think of a man who built a house in Zion [Illinois] and put the lamp to light it in Kenosha, Wisconsin?’

Flat Earth map drawn by Orlando Ferguson (1846-1911) in 1893. He believed the sun was 30 miles in diameter and also 3,000 miles away from Earth. Ferguson rejected the notion of gravity and instead believed that the effects of gravity were the result of atmospheric pressure.

Online Encyclopaedia – emphasis mine:

‘In 2020, it was reported that based on polling by Datafolha, 7% of Brazilians believed in a flat Earth. A 2018* YouGov [opinion] poll found that around 4% of the population of the United States believed in flat Earth… [and] “just 66% of millennials [Generation Y, 1981-1996] firmly believe” that Earth is round”… while the POLES 2021* Survey found around 10% of the United States population believed that Earth is flat. A 2019 YouGov survey found that around 3% of British people supported flat Earth.’

Prior to concluding with the profound meaning and repercussions of a world which could be an oval or rather ellipse shaped disc enclosed by a crystalline dome, let’s address the science involved in explaining seasons, the southern hemisphere (hemiplane), as well as a few other weather related aspects of the Earth, according to the Flat Earth Theory.

Though it is by no means an exhaustive list and the reader is encouraged in researching further the experiments, observations and theorems on the subject.

How are seasons supposed to work on a flat earth? Reddit, Ash under the stars:

‘Seasons only make sense on a flat earth model.

The sun and moon rotate opposite of each other and the closer they get they overlap…

The closer the sun gets to the North Pole (the center [of] earth) is why the sun is constant for days in those surrounding countries which wouldn’t work on a globe. As the sun moves back out towards the outer edges that’s why it is night for weeks in those countries surrounding the North Pole. It’s why its colder and why we have winter too. As it works [its] way toward the center again it gets warmer and becomes spring. Then again closer and becomes Summer and it moves its way back out and becomes fall and it repeats.

It’s also why if you take pictures of the moon everyday for months you can see it slightly move each night. Because it rotates [when] the sun “sets” it’s just at a distance where we can’t see it anymore.

If you really want to know… truly about flat earth that’s backed… [up by] science and not pseudoscience, watch “what on earth happened?” On YouTube. It’s an 8 hour documentary that will blow your mind.

I always made fun of flat earthers [till] I watched that and it shut me up pretty quick. Granted most flat earthers don’t know what… they are talking about because they do just as little research as those who believe in the heliocentric system.’

Anonymous – capitalisation theirs:

‘Seasons are very easy to explain on the flat map. It’s the heliocentric theory that really needs examining.

On the flat map, the sun is a source of heat and light that travels from the Tropic of Capricorn to the Tropic of Cancer throughout the year as we observe. When the sun makes its “rounds” within the Tropic of Capricorn, that becomes winter in the Southern Hemisphere and summer in the Northern Hemisphere. And the opposite when the sun is in the Tropic of Cancer. So the bottom line is, wherever the heat source is CLOSEST, it becomes the WARMEST.

Now that shouldn’t sound strange since you can take a lightbulb and move it close to your hand and you’ll feel the heat since it’s close by, right? And when you move the heat source AWAY your hand would feel COLDER, right?

According to the heliocentric theory, the globe revolves around the sun on an elliptical path every 365.2 days. The proximity of the sun and the globe range from 91,000,000 miles to 94,000,000 miles throughout the year. When the earth is CLOSEST to the sun at 91,000,000 miles, the Northern Hemisphere is COLDEST and becomes winter.  It would also become summer in the Southern Hemisphere.

When the spinning space ball is FURTHEST away at 94,000,000 miles, the Northern Hemisphere is the WARMEST and becomes summer. The opposite happens in the southern hemisphere since it is COLDER and becomes winter.

They say the space ball is tilted at all times in relation to the sun at 23.4 degrees so even though the sun is FURTHEST AWAY, it makes more surface contact with the sun which causes the seasons.

Even though the spinning space ball is an extra 3 MILLION miles FURTHER AWAY, it can STILL get WARMER than when it’s CLOSEST at 91,000,000 miles away.

So a slight tilt of the spinning space ball in relation to the sun can change the temperature in winter to summer by over 60 degrees Fahrenheit but a 3 million mile difference in proximity has no bearing?’

How do you explain day/night cycles and seasons?

‘Day and night cycles are easily explained on a Flat Earth. The Sun moves in circles around the North Pole. When it is over your head, [its] day. When it’s not, it’s night. The light of the sun is confined to a limited area upon the Earth [creating the illusion of time zones].’

‘The picture below illustrates how the sun moves and also how seasons work on a Flat Earth. There are several potential theories for the apparent effect of the Sun’s rising and setting.’

‘When the sun is further away from the North Pole, it’s winter in the northern hemiplane (or hemisphere) and summer in the south [thus seasons result from the sun’s varying distances over the flat plane]. A more simplistic picture can be found below.’

How is there a magnetic field? Magnets can’t be unipolar.

‘While it’s true that unipolar magnets can’t exist, this isn’t a problem for the Flat Earth. This is because ring magnets, which are shaped like (you guessed it!) a flat disk, are capable of having radial magnetization. In a radial magnet, one magnetic pole is at the center and other is at all points on the edge of the magnet. A magnet like this can be found in loudspeakers, and perfectly replicates what is found on the Earth.’

If the planets are round, why isn’t the Earth?

‘Planets (from Ancient Greek ἀστὴρ πλανήτης [astēr planētēs, “wandering star”], or just πλανήτης [planḗtēs, “wanderer”]) are orbiting astronomical objects.

The Earth is not a planet by definition, as it sits at the centre of our solar system above which the planets and the Sun revolve.

The Earth’s uniqueness, fundamental differences and centrality makes any comparison to other nearby celestial bodies insufficient – Like comparing basketballs to the court on which they bounce.’

Why doesn’t gravity pull the Earth into a spherical shape?

‘The Earth isn’t pulled into a sphere because the force known as gravity exists in a greatly diminished form compared to what is commonly taught. The Earth is constantly accelerating up at a rate of 32 feet per second squared (or 9.8 meters per second squared). This constant acceleration causes what you think of as gravity. Imagine sitting in a car that never stops speeding up. You will be forever pushed into your seat. The Earth works much the same way. It is constantly accelerating upwards being pushed by a universal accelerator (UA) known as dark energy or aetheric wind.

There are also other theories of flat Earth thought that maintain that the Earth sits on an infinite plane, with the sun moving overhead. Gravity works much like it does in a round-Earth model, and the Earth will never form into a sphere because the plane is endless.’

In correlation a human body when free falling – hopefully when sky diving and not from an attempted suicide – accelerates towards the ground at approximately 32 feet per second squared due to ‘gravity’. This means that for every second of free fall, the speed increases by about 32 feet per second.

Objects cannot exceed the speed of light. Doesn’t this mean that the Earth can’t accelerate forever?

‘Due to special relativity, this is not the case. At this point, many readers will question the validity of any answer which uses advanced, intimidating-sounding physics terms to explain a position. However, it is true. The relevant equation is v/c = tanh (at/c). One will find that in this equation, tanh(at/c) can never exceed or equal 1. This means that velocity can never reach the speed of light, regardless of how long one accelerates for and the rate of the acceleration.’

Sunrise and Sunset

‘Sunrise and Sunset refers to the time of the day when the light of the Sun rises from or sets into the horizon. The Round Earth model describes sunset as a rotating spherical earth that obscures the Sun. The Flat Earth model describes sunset as the light of the Sun setting into the Flat Earth’ – Articles: The Calendar Conspiracy; and The Sabbath Secrecy.

‘In New York and England, Samuel Rowbotham [1816-1884] created the Zetetic Society.’

Encyclopaedia:

‘Modern flat Earth belief originated with the English writer Samuel Rowbotham… Based on conclusions derived from his 1838 Bedford Level Experiment, Rowbotham published the 1849 pamphlet titled Zetetic Astronomy, writing under the pseudonym “Parallax”. He later expanded this into the book Earth Not a Globe, proposing Earth is a flat disc centred at the North Pole and bounded along its southern edge by a wall of ice, Antartica.’

‘Rowbotham further held that the Sun and Moon were 3,000 miles (4,800 km) above Earth and that the “cosmos” was 3,100 miles (5,000 km) above Earth. He also published a leaflet titled The Inconsistency of Modern Astronomy and its Opposition to the Scriptures, which argued that the “Bible”, alongside our senses, supported the idea that Earth was flat and immovable and this essential truth should not be set aside for a system based solely on human conjecture.’

‘Following his death, Lady Elizabeth Blount founded the Universal Zetetic Society [in 1893]. These societies were based on interpretations of the Bedford Level Experiment. These societies placed more emphasis on Biblical arguments for flat earth theory than the modern FES, but also provided scientific arguments as well.’

‘Lady Blount… held that the Bible was the unquestionable authority on the natural world and argued that one could not be a Christian and believe Earth is a globe. Well-known members included E. W. Bullinger of the Trinitarian Bible Society, Edward Haughton, senior moderator in natural science in Trinity College Dublin and an archbishop.’

Flat Earth Society:

’Samuel Shenton, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and the Royal Geographic Society, founded the [International] Flat Earth Society in 1956, after renaming it from the Universal Zetetic Society. He led the Flat Earth Society from its founding in 1956 until his death in 1971… Shenton collected material, gave lectures and generated publicity for the Society so that by his death in 1971 the Society had over 100 members.

When the first photographs of the earth were published in the early years of spaceflight, Shenton dismissed them as an optical illusion caused by a wide-angle lens which made the earth seem curved when it was not. Later he would dismiss all the photos as fakes along with the entire space program.

The FES gained publicity in 1964 following the beginning of manned spaceflight and articles about Shenton in The New York Times.

… Charles K. Johnson created the International Flat Earth Society of America after inheriting part of Shenton’s library and was able to raise membership to 3,000 people. Johnson dispersed newsletters, flyers, and other media to the public upon request.

However by 1980 the FES fell to 200 members. A house fire [in 1997 destroyed all of the records and contacts of the society’s members] and the death of Johnson’s wife [shortly thereafter who helped manage the membership database] further afflicted the FES in America. Johnson died on March 19, 2001, and the society no longer took in new members.’

‘In 2004, Daniel Shenton (not related to Samuel) resurrected the Flat Earth Society, basing it around a web-based discussion forum. In the late 1990s, Thomas Dolby’s 1984 album The Flat Earth had inspired Shenton to look into the Flat Earth Society, and he came to believe in its ideas.

He believes that no one has provided proof that the world is not flat.

This eventually led to the official relaunch of the society in October 2009, and the creation of a new website, featuring a public collection of flat Earth literature and a wiki. Moreover, the society began accepting new members for the first time since 2001. Dolby accepted Shenton’s offer of membership number 00001, although he does not believe Earth is flat. As of July 2017, over 500 people had become members.’

Recall earlier the Ferrari Effect was mentioned regarding the seeming curvature of the Earth in photographs distorted by wide-angle lens cameras.

‘Dr. Leo Charles Ferrari (8th December 1927 – 7th October 2010), a professor of Philosophy at St. Thomas University, was a co-founder, president, and active member of the… Flat Earth Society of Canada. Ferrari founded his Flat Earth Society in Fredericton, New Brunswick in November, 1970.’

‘Dr. Ferrari took a very post-modern approach to the Flat Earth Theory, proposing to overturn the authority of scientists and instead rely on one’s own perception of the Earth’s shape. He argued that no authority can deterministically claim what is and isn’t true, and hoped to restore the sense of validity of personal inquiry and perception. This was largely in response to “science’s insistence on the things unseen”.

Ferrari worried that society was being blinded by science and technology, and that they had lost touch with their own bodies and rational conclusions.

His promotional brochure, subtitled “We’re on the level”, stated the following postulates:

• We believe in terra firma, and the more firmer the less terror.
• All science, like all philosophy and all religion is ultimately metaphorical and… reality is essentially mystical and poetical.
• Our aim is to restore man’s faith in Common Sense… Seeing is believing. …Man has been blinded by metaphysics, brainwashed by popular fallacies and bullied into denying the evidence of his very own eyes!’

Encyclopaedia – emphasis mine:

‘Based on the speakers at the 2018 UK’s Flat Earth UK Convention, believers in a flat Earth vary widely in their views. While most agree upon a disc-shaped Earth, some are convinced that Earth is diamond-shaped.’

This may be a hint as to why the Earth in the Bible is described with corners, edges and ends.

‘Furthermore, while most believers do not believe in outer space and none believe humans have ever travelled there, they vary widely in their views of the universe.

(Flat Earth International Conferences, organized by Robbie Davidson, are unaffiliated with the Flat Earth Society. According to Davidson, the

“Earth is… a stationary plane, with the sun, moon, and stars inside a dome”,

while the Flat Earth Society promotes a model in which Earth is “a disk flying through space”, and which Davidson finds “incredibly ridiculous”.)

‘The Conspiracy is the blanket term most commonly used by proponents of Zeteticism to refer to the active faking of space travel.

It is most often associated with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), its constituents and fellow so-called “space agencies” as well as those who are informed by them (including government). Though unknown exactly where or when the concept originated, earliest references have been attributed to the Flat Earth Society under the leadership of Samuel Shenton.

There is no Flat Earth Conspiracy.

NASA is not hiding the shape of the earth from anyone. The purpose of NASA is not to ‘hide the shape of the earth’ or ‘trick people into thinking [its] round’ or anything of the sort.

There is a Space Travel Conspiracy.

The purpose of NASA is to fake the concept of space travel to further America’s militaristic dominance of space. That was the purpose of NASA’s creation from the very start:

To put ICBMs and other weapons into space (or at least appear to). The motto

“Scientific exploration of new frontiers for all mankind” was nothing more than a front.

See this remark made in 1958 by Senate Majority Leader and later President Lyndon Johnson:

“Control of space means control of the world. From space, the masters of infinity would have the power to control the earth’s weather, to cause drought and flood, to change the tides and raise the levels of the sea, to divert the gulf stream and change temperate climates to frigid.

There is something more important than the ultimate weapon. And that’s the ultimate position. The position of total control over the Earth that lies somewhere in outer space” – Lyndon B. Johnson, Statement on Status of Nation’s Defense and Race for Space, January 7, 1958.

One month later, Lyndon Johnson and the Senate Special Committee on Space and Astronautics drafted a resolution to change the name of the US Army’s Ballistic Missile Arsenal to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

NASA’s early rocket research is well documented to have been a complete failure, plagued by one disaster after another. At some point, perhaps after the Apollo 1 disaster, it was decided to fake the space program outright and use rockets which only needed to fly into the air until they disappeared from sight. NASA went from nearly every launch being a failure to a near flawless track record, able to land man on the moon multiple times successfully, and with only two public spectacles of failure in 45 years.’

‘The earth is portrayed as round in NASA media because NASA thinks it’s round.

They are not running a real space program, so they wouldn’t know what shape the earth truly takes. At the time of NASA’s creation the general population already believed that the earth was round, based on the handed down teachings of the Ancient Greeks, which is why it was depicted in that manner. As with everyone else in the country, the people at NASA were taught the fiction of a globe earth from the cradle, so there was no doubt in their mind as how to display it.

“All government agencies lie part of the time, but NASA is the only one I’ve ever encountered that does so routinely” – George A. Keyworth, Science Advisor to President Regan in testimony before Congress, March 14, 1985.

‘According to internet influencer Rob Skiba, “the ultimate motivation” of the (alleged) conspiracy of a round earth in space, “many of us have come to believe, is hiding God.”

Reading the Bible, “when you break down the text of what it represents, there’s no way you can get a spinning heliocentric globe out of anything in the Bible.” (According to author Alan Burdick, “in style and substance, the flat-Earth movement is a close cousin of creationism.”)

The Great Pyramid of Giza represents a scaled (1.86400) ratio of the northern hemisphere – Article: The Pyramid Perplexity.

The Great Pyramid’s design reflects advanced knowledge of geometry and surveying by the civilisation which constructed it.

The Great Pyramid’s dimensions are mathematically linked to the measurements of the Earth’s northern hemisphere.

What has perplexed this writer is why the builder of the Great Pyramid would focus on one hemisphere if there are two?

Imagine then this writer’s surprise when discovering the following comment.

The Size of the Northern Hemisphere, Slemon (Flat Earth Researcher), 2015 – emphasis mine:

“Or Southern Hemiplane, depending where you put the centre at. Whichever way, on a Flat Earth it would be a circle with a circumference at, for example, the equator. Under J Rowe’s theory, this is the entire upper side of the disk: under regular FET, it’s just part of a larger disk. Either way, we have a circle.”

What if Rowe’s theory is correct?

Perhaps the Flat Earth Theory interpretation is not as accurate just as the modern theory that the Great Pyramid is a scale model of the Earth with a ratio of 1:43,200. An idea which suggests that if one multiplies the pyramid’s height or base perimeter by 43,200, it arrives at measurements close to the Earth’s radius or circumference.

Yet ‘despite the intriguing nature of this theory, there is no historical evidence from ancient Egypt to support the claim that the pyramid was designed with this scale in mind. The measurements used in these theories are based on contemporary interpretations and modern units, rather than the ancient Egyptian system of measurement, which utilized cubits, palms, and fingers.’

This is quite a blow for the Great Pyramid representing

a. a heliocentric view of an Earth based on a sphere with two hemispheres (and two poles); and

b. a Flat Earth model based on an imagined (unnecessary) line, the equator, dividing two non-existent hemispheres.

Rowe’s interpretation aligns with the Great Pyramid of one hemisphere or hemiplane (and one pole) without an equator but rather defined by an extending outer region, ending with an edge (wall) equating – no pun intended – to the circumference of a circular, yet flat Earth.

Flat Earth Society, Southern Hemisphere:

‘Many Flat Earth discussions revolve around the nature of the Southern Hemisphere. In the classic Monopole Model with an Antarctic rim the focus is on Seasonal Daylight Patterns, the Southern Celestial System, and Distances. Proponents of the Monopole Model argue that there are alternative ways to interpret certain phenomena and that anomalies exist which can be pointed out in favor of its tenets.

In contrast, under the Flat Earth Bi-Polar Model the nature of the South is asserted to converge to a point similar to its conventional description. This matter represents an ongoing investigation, with interesting demonstrations on either side.

On a Monopole Model the seasonal daylight patterns, where wide extents of the Earth receive daylight when the Sun moves to the South, can be explained with a magnifying dome model where the light creates broad shapes at different positions. Since we do not live in a perfect world, it does not necessarily follow that the Sun’s area of light will make a circular shape at all times, or that the light of the Sun will necessarily engulf all of the Earth at once. If the light is shining through imperfect affecting phenomena it may widen into a non-circular shape.

If light behaves as if it were coming through a dome magnifying glass, one interesting aspect is that it is seen that the view from the underside of the dome can create an effect which could create a southern celestial system.

The existence of this effect through the use of the same mechanism used for the Seasonal Daylight Patterns creates an interesting coincidence which may support the idea that light is behaving in the manner of coming through a dome magnifying glass.

There are various celestial anomalies which suggests that on large scales light does not behave according to straight line geometry. Astronomical phenomena behaves as if straight lines are projected into curves onto a dome above us, providing evidence that we live in a system where light is curving.

One prominent example of this is the Moon Tilt Illusion.

If the Sun is illuminating the Moon under straight line geometry, such as in the Round Earth Theory, then it would be expected that the illuminated portion of the Moon will always point at the Sun, much like how when shining a [flash light] at a ball the illuminated portion of the ball will always appear to point at the flashlight to observers positioned around the ball. It is natural and expected that the illuminated portion of a body will appear to point at its light source, like an arrow will point at its destination in space.

However, in reality the light from the Sun will be seen take an apparently curved path across the sky, creating an illuminated portion of the Moon which points away from the Sun.

This effect can occur due to the curving of light. Those who believe that light is traveling straightly on large scales are put into a position where elaborate explanations are attempted, which upon close examination, ultimately fails to explain observations.

Beyond the illuminated portion of the Moon, other celestial phenomena also experience this effect. The tails of comets, meteors, Aurora borialis, Milky Way, path of the Moon and Sun, and direction of the Moon’s illuminated area, are all affected and curved upon the Celestial Sphere.

Indeed, it is the existence of these effects which allows for the possibility of alternate world models. Much of the reason for why the Earth was originally theorized to be a globe was based on celestial observations and the assumption of the straight line geometry of light. Phenomena such as the rising and setting of celestial bodies, spherical motion of the celestial bodies across the sky, and underlit clouds at sunset all suggested to early astronomers and philosophers that we lived on a round earth. If the straight line geometry assumption of light is put into question, so is the ancient theory of a spherical world.

Another point of discussion are distances and travel times. According to the classic Flat Earth Monopole Model with an Antarctic rim the East-West distances will diverge and spread apart as they recede beyond the equator towards the South.

According to the Flat Earth Bi-Polar Model and the traditional Round Earth Model the distances beyond the equator will converge as they recede towards the South. On this topic proponents of the Monopole Model generally point to various discrepancies.

It is pointed out that sea travel in the South was slow and historically difficult, possibly because the southern distances were misconstrued. Victorian era Flat Earth organizations used reports of sea travel in the South from steam ships and sailing ships as evidence in favor of the Monopole Model.

Long haul flights between different continents in the South often want to take passengers on a long circuitous route through through the Northern Hemisphere with one or more stops to reach an opposite Southern Hemisphere point, which could take more than 24 hours to reach the destination. When these flights with stops are plotted onto a Flat Earth map (archive) they tend to curiously straighten out on the Monopole Map into a straight line to the destination.

This is given as a suggestive piece of evidence.

A number of quotes can be found which suggest that the winds in the South are of an anomalous nature as compared to the North.

Australian Antarctic Division:

‘The Southern Ocean is notorious for having some of the strongest winds and largest waves on the planet.’

BBC Earth:

‘There are huge belts of wind caused by the uneven way the Sun heats the Earth’s surface. 30° north and south of the equator, the trade winds blow steadily. At 40° lie the prevailing westerlies, and the polar easterlies begin at around 60°. Ask any round-the-world sailor and they will quickly tell you the stormiest seas, stirred by the strongest winds, are found in the Southern Ocean. These infamously rough latitudes are labelled the “roaring 40s”, “furious 50s” and “screaming 60s”.’

Journal of Geophysical Research:

‘The Southern Ocean is a vital element in the global climate. Its circumpolar current plays a crucial role in the global transport of mass, heat, momentum, and climate signals from one ocean basin to another. Moreover, the Southern Ocean hosts the strongest surface winds of any open ocean area, fostering strong heat, moisture, and momentum exchanges between the ocean and atmosphere. However, the Southern Ocean is tremendously [under-surveyed] by traditional observation methods because of the remoteness of the area and rough environment, causing the largest data gap of global oceans.’

Faster Westerlies in the South:

‘The higher speed and greater persistence of the westerlies in the Southern Hemisphere are caused by the difference in the atmospheric pressure patterns as well as its variation from that of the Northern hemisphere. The landmass in the southern hemisphere is comparatively less and average annual pressure decreases much more rapidly on the pole ward side of the high pressure belt.’

If there is a high wall surrounding Earth at the extremity of the southern hemiplane, then it would surely make logical sense how the ocean waves in this region would be more ferocious by virtue of their continual crashing against a resistant wall.

‘Issues in Flight Analysis showcases various points, such that long haul flights use jet streams, that jet streams enable faster than sound flight, that flights are highly dependent on weather, and that [non-stop] flights can stop for fuel.

Southern flights are curiously not tracked by satellite over most of their duration, causing the plane to hop around the map. From the sparse data available it is seen that True Airspeed can be seen [too] far exceed Ground Speed, suggesting that the flight is [travelling] faster than it thinks it is moving geographically, and much faster than the plane’s rated cruising speed. The indicator switches between null and excessive speeds during its journey.’

‘The directions as seen on a magnetic compass are anomalous when traveling from Chile to Australia. Max Igan reports that, according to his compass, when traveling between Chile and Australia that after takeoff the plane left Chile traveling towards the North-West and then towards the end of the flight it approached Australia from the South-West, despite his passenger terminal map displaying the RE directions. His experience is what should generally occur if the flight were traveling on a Flat Earth Monopole Model.

On a globe the flight should leave Chile from the South West and approach Australia from the North West:

The above shows a straight line destination, but it is apparent that a curved path between these points on a Monopole model could also depart from the North West and arrive from the South West as well.

An interesting book 16 Emergency Landings Proving Flat Earth by Eddie Alencar showcases examples where flights have made emergency stops which appear to align more with a Flat Earth model than with a Round Earth model. The book suggests that flights are not actually taking the RE routes, but are flying over the earth in line with a Flat Earth azimuthal projection.

Another analysis shows that flights [travelling] from Sydney, Australia to Houston, Texas fly North of Hawaii, when on a Round Earth the flights should travel South of Hawaii for the shortest route.

The Sinking Ship Effect is often used as evidence of the earth’s rotundity [the ‘Sinking Ship Effect refers to a phenomenon where stationary objects that are normally seen above the horizon appear to be lowered or may even disappear below the horizon as a result of atmospheric refraction’].

It was one of the first proofs of Aristotle and other philosophers. It was based primarily upon this phenomenon that the earth was declared by the ancients to be globular. It has been found that when the phenomenon is studied with modern methods, such as through long period time-lapse photography, that the Sinking Ship Effect is not consistent. The effect appears to come and go over time.’

The Bishop Experiment (Tom Bishop) – capitalisation theirs:

‘California Monterey Bay is a relatively long bay that sits next to the Pacific Ocean. The distance between the extremes of the Monterey Bay, Lovers Point in Pacific Grove and Lighthouse State Beach in Santa Cruz, is just over 23 statute miles.

0.06674 miles = 5,280 ft/mi * 0.6674 mi = 352.3872 feet

Hence after 23 miles the earth drops approximately 352 feet.

On a very clear and chilly day it is possible to see Lighthouse Beach from Lovers Point and vice versa. With a good telescope, laying down on the stomach at the edge of the shore near Lovers Point 20 inches above the sea level it is possible to see people at the waters edge on the adjacent beach 23 miles away near the lighthouse.

The entire beach is visible down to the water splashing upon the shore. Upon looking into the telescope I can see children running in and out of the water, splashing and playing. I can see people sun bathing at the shore and teenagers merrily throwing Frisbees to one another. I can see runners jogging along the water’s edge with their dogs. From my vantage point the entire beach is visible.

IF the earth is a globe, and is 24,900 English statute miles in circumference, the surface of all standing water must have a certain degree of convexity – every part must be an arc of a circle. From the summit of any such arc there will exist a curvature or declination of 8 inches over the first statute mile. Over two miles the fall will be 32 inches; by the end of the third mile, 72 inches, or 6 feet…

Correcting for the height of the observer of about 20 inches, when looking at the opposite beach over 23 miles away there should be a bulge of water obscuring objects up to 300 feet above the far beach.

There isn’t.

Even accounting for refraction, the amount hidden should be around 260 feet – seeing down to the shoreline should be impossible.
Suppose that the earth is a sphere with a radius of 3,963 miles. If you are at a point P on the earth’s surface and move tangent to the surface a distance of 1 mile then you can form a right angled triangle…

Looking over a distance of 1 mile, we can use the theorem of Pythagoras (a2 + b2 = c2): 3,9632 + 12 = 15,705,370 and when we square root that final figure we get a = 3,963.000126 miles

Thus your position is 3,963.000126 – 3,963 = 0.000126 miles above the surface of the earth.

Converting to inches, 0.000126 miles = 12 in * 5,280 ft * 0.000126 mi = 7.98 inches

Hence after one mile the earth drops approximately 8 inches.’

Ancient Wisdom – emphasis mine:

‘It was noticed by Petrie that the constructional diameter of Stonehenge was derived from the Egyptian unit of measurement called the aroura, the original representation of which was also in the shape of a circle.

The circumference of the Egyptian aroura measured 3652.42 units of length with each ten units representing a single solar day (resulting in a diameter of 1162.6 units of length). The aroura was subsequently divided into four equal parts called quarter arourai of which a circle of equal area is made by the stones at the same time as defining by alignment, the points and circuit of the solar year.

A similar association was held between the quarter aroura and the solar year in ancient Egypt. For as Horapollo states:

“To represent the current year, they (the Egyptians) depict the fourth part of an arouraï in the Egyptian Hieroglyphic representations for the year one indicated by a square [Pangaea] and the other by a circle [Earth].”

‘Historical accounts and spoken history tell us the Land part may have been square, all in one mass [Pangaea] at one time, then as now, the magnetic north being the Center. Vast cataclysmic events [the Flood] and shaking no doubt broke the land apart, divided the Land to be our present continents or islands as they exist today. It certainly suits the establishment to foster any and all theories and beliefs which distance humanity from their Creator. Whether it be the origin of God (religion); of humankind (evolution); or of the cosmos (Big Bang) – Chapter XXII Alpha & Omega; articles: Arius, Alexander & Athanasius; and Chance Chaos or Designated Design?

Thus a deception about the form and substance of the Earth which leads to a belief in a universe formed through chaos and chance, is preferable to one which points to a designated design by entities greater than ourselves.

Why?

Because the truth about the Creator’s plan for humankind and the role the Earth plays remains conveniently hidden – Articles: Heaven & Hell; and DEATH: A Dead End… or a New Beginning?

It is worth noting how a sequence comprising three films over the short span of four years at the end of the last century and entering the beginning of the new millennium should each be entirely unique in their respective genres; whilst all sharing the same feature of whistle blowing endeavours about different elements constituting the same theme… the subjection of humanity.

The second film of the three was released in 1999 and was a genre defining science fiction movie called The Matrix.

It spawned two sequels, which while visually stunning, failed miserably in progressing the sensational plot of the first film. The idea, where evil intentioned ‘machines’ keep humans trapped in pods and their dreaming self believes it is experiencing reality, when really they are living (sleeping) in a vivid, intoxicating dream (world).

This scenario eerily parallels the situation humans are unwittingly following every day of their lives – Article: Principalities & Potentates: What they want… Who they are.

In that they as spiritual beings confined in a physical body (and a temporal world) are living a half (rather a tenth or perhaps only a hundredth) life, reduced to a mere shadow of their true potential.

The matrix represents an immensely sophisticated simulation where all our senses tell us we are experiencing reality, when in truth we are experiencing a deviously clever hallucination (illusion).

A still from the second film, Matrix Reloaded, of Neo (aka Thomas A Anderson, the One) bending what we think of as reality – but in essence a sophisticated computer program – to his will and stopping a hail of bullets.

The third film released two years later in 2001 is Monsters Inc.

A highly creative film with heart and humour and like all effective animations delivered at two levels, appealing to child audiences as well as adults. Its premise, linked to the Matrix trilogy is how ‘monsters’ pass through to our world, collecting energy resulting from human emotions. Of course, the most sought after and most valuable emotional energy derives from scaring people, particularly children (Until they discover laughter is more powerful).

This again closely mirrors the sorry predicament of humanity which unknowingly – while all living like livestock on a vast farm – when exhibiting strong emotions stemming from anger, aggression and also during selfish sexual ecstasy are fuelling the equivalent of psychic vampires (demons and evil spirits) who feed off the powerful emanations produced from negative emotions and deviant sexual acts… even more so if they are hate filled resulting in violence and murder.

Which leads to the first insightful movie of the three sensational and enlightening films, revealing to the public what is actually happening to them, if they but had ears to hear and eyes to see.

That film being The Truman Show, released in 1998.

The star of the show is Truman Burbank. In fact, he is unknowingly to himself a superstar, famous the world over with millions viewing his every act and spoken word.

The irony is that the watching world know Truman better than he knows himself and while they form various levels of emotional attachment to Truman’s daily highs and lows; they are accomplices to the disgraceful deception being perpetrated on Truman Burbank since birth. And that is, his world is an artificial set, a soundstage with paid actors playing the roles of his acquaintances and more sinisterly his friends and ultimately, his love interest.

Truman falls for an extra rather than his intended wife, Meryl. The extra Sylvia, leaves the show and joins an activist group called ‘Free Truman’. Various strange (adding up) occurrences happen so that Truman to escape Seahaven Island sets sail (interestingly enough) and eventually hits the wall at the edge of his reality.

Truman finds stairs leading to an exit door of the immense soundstage and just before he leaves, the shows creator and executive producer, Christof: ‘speaks to Truman, revealing the truth about the show and encouraging him to stay by claiming that there is no more truth in the real world than in his artificial one.’

The Truman Show is such a simple story, done well. It evokes the novel 1984 by George Orwell and was released just as popularity in reality television began with shows such as Big Brother in 1999.

The idea of watching other people live real lives has become a major aspect of television, the internet and social media in the twenty-first century; in replica, if people but knew it of those unseen who are in fact watching them – Article: 33.

Therefore the most fascinating aspect of The Truman Show, is the fact that the whole world is undergoing the same experience without even knowing it – Article: Principalities & Potentates: What they want… Who they are.

Thus, while individually humans are spiritually trapped in a physical body, they are collectively held captive in a world that is a massive vivarium.

Vivarium: ‘a place, such as a laboratory, where live animals or plants are kept under conditions simulating their natural environment, as for research.’

How better for our archon overlords to maintain control over humanity than by keeping us restrained in an enclosed plane of existence. The ability to watch and observe life on Earth easier for them and for the Creator through a domed flat Earth, where all nations and peoples are visible at once.

The fact humans are likened to grasshoppers in Isaiah 40:22, where it says the Eternal sits above the circumference of the Earth, lends weight to a flat Earth – hard to see people below the equator on a spherical planet – which has been specifically designed for the profound plan being orchestrated on its surface and the processes required in bringing it to its complete fruition – Chapter XXII Alpha & Omega; and article: The Seven Churches – A Message for the Church of God in the Latter Days.

And like the Free Truman activists, it is the Creator who leads the free humanity movement in liberating humankind from the god of this world – Article: Asherah.

That journey began with Jesus Christ and culminates with his return.

The earth belongs to the Lord, and everything in it – the world and all its people.
